Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes for a company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, developing, and retaining talented employees while ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Pay will start at $20.00 per hour and a full benefits package is offered! You will typically work a daytime schedule Monday - Friday but some weekend work may be needed.
Duties
- Manage employee relations, addressing any concerns or conflicts
- Utilize HR systems such as Workday and Kronos for data collection and analysis
- Design and implement organizational programs to enhance employee engagement
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including sourcing and recruitment strategies
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and performance management
Qualifications
- 2+ years proven experience in HR and a BS/MS degree in a related field
- Strong data analysis skills to drive informed decision-making
- Knowledge of HR sourcing techniques and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
-Prior experience in the hiring process and regulations for DOT drivers
