Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including data collection, employee orientation, and benefits administration. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30 pm and Friday 7am-11pm. Responsibilities
Qualifications:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including data collection, employee orientation, and benefits administration. The hours for this position are Monday-Thursday 7am-4:30 pm and Friday 7am-11pm. Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day operations within the HR Department
- Provide clerical support to the Human Resources Manager
- Serve as back-up for payroll in the HR Manager's absence
- Compile and maintain electronic and hard files
- Assist with the Worker's Compensation Process
- Provide support to employees on HR and Safety Policies
- Assist with implementing safety programs, policies and procedures for the facility
- Timekeeping to include tracking daily time and employee absences
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of principles and methods related to payroll and timekeeping
- Must have a strong sense of confidentiality
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- At least 2 years experience supporting an HR, Safety or Payroll Team
- Prior knowledge of HRIS and Timekeeping systems
