Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Specialist to join the team of a growing company in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to internal users, ensuring smooth operation of all systems and applications. Pay starts at $15.00 per hour based on your experience.
Responsibilities
Work with professional individuals on products specific to the transportation industry for school buses, mass transit trains and buses, law enforcement vehicles, and locomotives
Troubleshoot customer issues with products and software
Assist with customer returns
Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose the problem in a timely manner
Communicate with other internal departments to handle the customer's technical needs
Be self-motivated, punctual, professional and dependable
Experience
Proven experience in technical support or help desk role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
Familiarity with Mac OS, Windows, and network administration
Proficiency in software troubleshooting techniques
