Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining budgetary goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts.
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient workflow.
Oversee food preparation processes to maintain high standards of food safety and quality.
Assist in budgeting and financial management to meet operational goals.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in all kitchen operations.
Foster a positive team environment and guest experience
Experience
Previous experience in a quick service restaurant is required
Strong understanding of budgeting, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Effective communication skills to interact with customers and staff
