Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated IT Systems/Network Technicians to join a team in Dothan, AL. We have two exciting opportunities available: Level 1 Technicians, who will assist with supporting small to medium-scale business networks both remotely and on-site, and Level 2 Specialists, who will provide more advanced support and solutions for businesses in the Southeast. Both roles require a passion for technology, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with teams to deliver comprehensive IT solutions across various industries.

Level 1 Technician
You will collaborate with our team to deliver comprehensive IT solutions, troubleshooting issues and ensuring high-quality customer service. This role requires a passion for technology, strong technical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities:
  • Remote support for a variety of clients using remote tools
  • Resolve IT issue tickets in a timely manner
  • Assist with projects alongside other team members
  • Server troubleshooting in virtual environments
  • Basic networking tasks including cabling and deployments
  • Monitor Backup, Security, and other IT solutions

Qualifications:
  • Advanced knowledge of VMWARE environments
  • Strong desktop support skills with knowledge-sharing ability
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills
  • A+, Net+, Server+ required or 1 year of professional IT experience
Level 2 Specialist
This specialist will deliver IT solutions, handle escalated tickets, and collaborate on various projects across industries. Expertise in both technical and customer service skills is essential for success. This position offers the chance for remote work after the initial training period.

Responsibilities:
  • Client visits for proactive/reactive network support
  • Support clients using the latest and most secure tools
  • Independently resolve escalated tickets
  • Server/Networking configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution
  • Generate IT solutions for various industries
  • Manage Backup, Security, and IT solution tools

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in MS Server and VMWARE environments
  • Strong desktop support skills with ability to knowledge-share
  • Exceptional customer service and phone skills
  • Multi-year professional experience in IT
  • A+, Net+, Server+ preferred
  • Security+, Project+, VMWARE, Microsoft Certification(s) preferred
  • College Degree preferred
