Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Donalsonville, GA. This is a working lead position so you will be expected to supervise the department while also performing daily maintenance tasks as needed on industrial equipment.

It is a Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Friday and Saturday schedule with a full benefits package offered!

Duties:

  • Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in an industrial fabrication setting.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
  • Fabricate and install new equipment as needed
  • Must have CNC experience and be able to troubleshoot and program the machines
  • Must have hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical skills
