Job Description
Personnel Resources has multiple opportunities for experienced welders in the Dothan area. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various welding techniques and equipment. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in fabricating and assembling metal structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.Duties
- Weld components using various techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Fabricate metal parts according to specifications and blueprints.
- Assemble ductwork and other metal structures on construction sites.
- Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping metal materials.
- Perform plasma cutting for precise cuts in metal fabrication.
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance with project specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex blueprints.
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
- Experience operating press brake machines and plasma cutting equipment.
- Ability to fabricate metal components accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
