Job Description

Personnel Resources is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join a local manufacturing team. This position is a try hire opportunity and the hours are Monday through Thursday 6am - 4:30pm and Fridays 6a - 12pm and the pay is $16-$17 per hour based on experience.

Duties & Skills
  • Set-up and manage CNC machines to perform different jobs including drilling and cutting.
  • Oversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.
  • Confirm job order requirements are met, including the proper selection of job priority, material, speed, and program loading.
  • Adjust; edit programs to optimize production quality and efficiency
