Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor in Donalsonville, GA. This is a working lead position so you will be expected to supervise the department while also performing daily maintenance tasks as needed on industrial equipment.
It is a Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm with possible overtime on Friday and Saturday schedule with a full benefits package offered!
Duties:

Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in an industrial fabrication setting.
Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
Fabricate and install new equipment as needed
Must have CNC experience and be able to troubleshoot and program the machines
Must have hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical skills
