Inside Sales - Direct Hire

Job Duties Include:
-Making telephone calls to sell various products and services to consumers.
-Explaining each product or service and their respective customizable features.
-Communicating the value of our offerings.
-Developing clear and effective proposals/quotes for current and prospective customers over the phone.
-Processing orders over the phone and in a computer database.
-Conducting follow-ups with potential customers via telephone and e-mail in order to sell services.
-Developing relationships with current and potential customers to continue encouraging business.
-Ability to up-sell consumers
-Basic computer and phone knowledge
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Positive, outgoing attitude
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment
-Experience in telephone sales or customer service a plus
-Experience working in a commission-based sales environment a plus

Wage: BASE PAY + COMMISSION
We are hiring for attitude and drive not experience. Our average sales representatives make between $50,000 - $60,000 in their first year. Previous sales or customer service experience is appreciated but not required. We are looking for potential. We are looking for trainability. We are looking for high energy.
