Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth through effective sales strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating quotes, administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Pay will range between $15.00 - $20.00 per hour with excellent benefits offered! The schedule will be Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Duties:
- Answer the phones and provide excellent customer service to both current and potential customers.
- Utilize sales skills to engage with potential customers and understand their needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Provide quotes and explanation of services.
- General administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Background in accounting is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite with excellent Excel skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with customers.
- A high level of energy and motivation to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.
