Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to join a team in Dothan, AL! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, generate sales, merchandise products, and support store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding service to customers before, during, and after the sale.
Stay up-to-date on promotions and product knowledge.
Assist in training and supporting team members.
Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
Help process shipments and organize the receiving/backstock area.
Support customers in finding products, processing special orders, and handling equipment repairs.
Address customer inquiries and provide information on policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED (some college preferred).
Product knowledge of outdoor power equipment is a plus, with a willingness to learn.
Experience with retail systems, MS Word, and Excel preferred.
Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and stand for extended periods.
