Job Description

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! now hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a growing manufacturer in Dothan, AL. They are offering a starting salary of $35,000 per year plus commissions! Working hours are Monday - Friday 6am - 3pm.

What You’ll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers and prospects at all levels to take orders, answer product inquiries, and provide exceptional service.
- Order Management: Handle product pricing, order entry, and matching the right product to customer needs.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and become a product expert—guide customers through our offerings, and make recommendations when needed.
- Math & Measurements: Use basic math and read a tape measure to accurately assist with product selections and pricing.
- Inventory Support: Help with inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and accurate.
- Warehouse Duties: Be ready to get hands-on! Pull orders, prepare shipments, and occasionally assist in the warehouse. They need someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get dirty!

- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively interact with customers, co-workers, and management at all levels.
- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy in order taking, pricing, and matching products to customer needs.
- Basic Math & Measurement Skills: Comfortable with math calculations and reading a tape measure.
- Quick Learner: Ability to quickly absorb knowledge about the products and systems.
