Overview
Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for an Inside Sales Representative to join a well established team in Dothan! This position offers a full benefits package, PTO, Sick Time and More! Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Responsibilities 
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities 
  • Manage inbound inquiries and returning interest calls within a timely manner
  • Providing quotes and following up on opportunities
  • Answering phone calls and providing superior customer service
  • Scheduling services, following up on services rendered, managing calendars for technicians
  • Invoicing for services rendered
Qualifications 
  • Must have strong technical ability- will be trained on specific software systems
  • Should have strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills
  • Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in an inside sales or customer service role is required
