We are seeking an outgoing and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support customers and drive sales in a fast-paced music retail environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for music.

Job Duties:
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone while driving sales
- Maintain product knowledge of instruments and audio equipment
- Build relationships and support a fast-paced sales floor
Requirements:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales experience or training preferred
- Music background (band or audio equipment a plus)
