Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Interior Designer in Panama City, FL. In this position we are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and outgoing individual to who has an eye for detail and interior design. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous experience as an interior designer or completion of a design program required.
Generous pay with a base salary between $27-30/hr with a performance based bonus structure as well. Competitive benefits packages, including: 3 weeks of PTO, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with 3%match!
The schedule is Monday-Saturday with one day off during the week and one Saturday off per month as well as every Sunday off. Off by 6pm each day.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in making purchasing decisions about their home furnishing needs
- Meet with clients within their home to measure and design a space that meets their needs as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in order to effectively communicate product information to customers
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales objectives and improve overall customer satisfaction
Interior Designer Experience:
- Recent college graduates from a design program encouraged to apply!
- 2+ years of experience or a degree in a design related field is required
- Creative and able to coordinate colors and patterns
- Enjoy working with customers in a retail setting
- Must have some knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
