Job Description: Personnel Resources has an immediate opening for an Interline Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for reporting of shipments, following up with carriers for desired satisfaction, record keeping, and facilitating carrier communication. This will be a Try- Hire role in Dothan, Alabama.
Job Description:
- Follow up with partner carriers to ensure overall satisfaction
- Facilitate other carrier communication/relationships within company
- Remain cognizant/ develop of other carrier performance measures
- Learn partner carrier cultures & personalities
- Timely reporting of partner carrier communications
Job Requirements
Job Requirements and Skills Set:
- Efficient data entry ability
- Knowledge of company software
- Problem-solving skills to ensure accurate records
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Good record keeping and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Good problem solver
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Customer service experience
- Knowledge of TOS requirements / other DoD initiatives
Work Schedule:
Workdays: Monday through Friday
Work Hours: 8am-5pm
Pay Rate:
$12/hr
