Job Description
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Clerk for a temporary position lasting through the end of this year. The role offers clerical and administrative support to the Inventory Department and Manager, with potential backup coverage for other team members as needed.

Inventory Clerk Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bay checks of material and maintain cutsheets.
- Add new jobs as they are released and manage drawing release logs.
- Enter advance bills and import Fabsuite files.
- Manually input data and facilitate purchasing of raw materials.
- Receive nuclear material and complete necessary paperwork.
- Review and correct drawings, posting correction reports.
- Check for rolled material, order materials, or CTL pipe.
- Handle purchase order entry, transfers, invoicing, and charging out.
- Assist with shop calls and provide solutions.
- Run reports for MTR pulls, inventory checks, and nonconformance.
- Manage ticket pulling, receiving, and unreceiving.
Inventory Clerk Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer technologies.
- Strong multitasking ability with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Punctual with a strong work ethic.
