Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Phone Nurse to provide phone triage and patient support at a medical center in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will also assist with nursing duties as needed when other team members are absent.

- Answer patient calls, assess symptoms, and provide guidance based on protocols.
- Schedule appointments and provide follow-up instructions.
- Assist with on-site nursing duties in the event of staff absences.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions.
Requirements:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the center.
