Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Laser Operator. Pay will be $14.00 per hour and you will work Monday-Thursday 8pm-6am.
Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and operate laser
Perform typical laser cutting and welding operations
Plan sequence of operations and review blueprints to ensure precision
Select proper cutting and welding programs, and proper fixtures
Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point
Make proper set-ups for cutting and welding operations
Perform all dimensional inspections
Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
May work at different workstations as production needs require

Qualifications:

Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
