Laser Tube Operator
Job Description
Personnel Resources is seeking candidates for the position of Tube Laser Operator in the Donalsonville, GA area. The ideal candidates will possess strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work with various welding techniques and equipment. This position works a Monday - Friday schedule from 6am - 4:30pm.
Duties
- Operate the machine to cut various shapes, sizes, and materials.
- Set up the laser – nesting appropriate parts from each work order
- Load and unload raw materials when required
- Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality standards and dimensional accuracy
- Perform routine part checks to ensure quality
Skills
- Ability to read a tape measure and interpret engineering drawings
- Previous experience operating laser machines
- Must be able to work weekends as needed
- Previous experience with software such as PartViewer, ArTube, ProTube Express preferred
