Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Receptionist at a local law firm in Dothan, AL. Pay will start at $13.00 per hour and will be working a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and organization
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a legal setting is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is beneficial but not required
