Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nail Technician for a well established business in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be passionate about nail care and beauty services, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They are offering either hourly pay with bonus opportunities or a commissions option so you can choose what works best for you!
Duties:
- Perform manicures and pedicures following clients' preferences and requests
- Apply gel, acrylics, or other nail enhancements
- Provide nail care treatments such as cuticle trimming and nail shaping
- Offer nail art and design options to clients
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards for tools, equipment, and work area
- Uphold high-quality service standards to ensure client satisfaction
Skills:
- Proficiency in manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of retail math for product sales and upselling
- Familiarity with esthetic laser treatments, body waxing, or cosmetology is a plus
- Must be licensed in the state of Alabama and have a high school diploma/GED
