Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Lube Tech in Bainbridge, GA.
Pay will range between $12.00 - $16.00 per hour and will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.
Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
Conduct basic vehicle maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and filter replacements
Align and balance wheels as needed
Maintain accurate records of services performed
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers

Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive diagnostics
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
Sales skills to effectively communicate with customers and upsell additional services
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
