Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Maintenance Supervisor in Donalsonville, GA. This is a working lead position so you will be expected to supervise the department while also performing daily maintenance tasks as needed.
Pay will start at $30.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm schedule.
Duties:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Fabricate and install new equipment as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Manage projects related to facility maintenance and improvement
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in a supervisory role in maintenance or related field
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
