Maintenance Tech
Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for a Maintenance Technician at a local apartment complex in Dothan, Alabama.
Pay starts at $15.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm schedule.
Duties:
- Maintain the grounds to include making outside repairs
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing things in the apartments as needed
- Blowing off sidewalks and upkeep on rails and playground equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
Skills:
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance or groundskeeping.
