Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Team Lead to join a team at a manufacturer in Troy, AL. This role is critical to the success of the production team and requires a leader who can oversee daily operations, maintain quality standards, and motivate team members to achieve their goals . Pay is $13.00 per hour and is on 2nd shift with hours of 3pm until production is met.

Duties:

  • Training and leading a team of production staff
  • Oversee daily production schedules, including packaging, labeling, and quality control
  • Conduct routine quality control checks to ensure compliance
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials around the production area
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring that the production team has the necessary resources to operate effectively

Skills:

  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • An understanding of safety regulations
