We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Team Lead with a well established food manufacturing facility. This is a first shift opening with work hours of Monday-Friday 7am-3pm. Some flexibility to report early on some days will be needed. Pay rate starts at $18.75 hourly, based on experience. this position ensures efficient operation of the warehouse and supports the supervisor and warehouse manager. 

Job Duties:

• Operate industrial trucks and follow OSHA and plant safety processes
• Perform essential driving functions to transport goods from loading/unloading racks without damaging product
• Use pick sheets and monitor production schedule to ensure materials are in place at the time they are required
• Perform trailer inspections to ensure product safety
• Pick orders for internal and external customers, meeting the efficient standard of completion
• Scan product and verify information
• Oversee the rotation process ensuring product is properly rotated and on time
• Report required maintenance work orders
• Ensure product is secured for transport, meeting stability and DOT weight regulations
• Perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
• Utilize SAP for inventory issues and locating product
• Investigate forklift incidents if they occur

Qualifications: 

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required
• Must have a valid forklift certification with 1-3 years experience
• Two + years continual job related experience
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and SAP Experience
• Food Safety, PCQUI or HACCP Certification or experience is preferred
