Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a Marketing & Social Media Specialist in Dothan, AL! In this multifaceted role, you will create and manage a proposal database, support the sales team, and enhance the company's online presence through social media and website management. The schedule will be Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm with half days on Fridays! They are offering generous compensation starting between $20.00 - $25.00 per hour and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations for customers.
- Develop and maintain a technical database with essential proposal information.
- Create and implement engaging content across all company platforms.
- Serve as an alternate contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Work closely with engineering and project management teams to refine sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to support sales initiatives.
- Handle all social media accounts for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years in sales support, technical sales, or engineering roles.
- Strong understanding of engineering concepts; database management experience is a plus.
- Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
- Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
