Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Marketing Project Manager to collaborate with the Marketing Director and Leadership team for a company in Dothan, AL. In this role, you will oversee the fulfillment of both internal and external projects, acting as the key liaison between Marketing, Technology, Sales, and Events teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead cross-functional teams, delegating tasks, coordinating efforts, and ensuring timely project completion.
- Manage resource allocation and make strategic decisions for project success.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Manage task flow using ClickUp (or similar), ensuring timely completion of internal and external requests.
- Provide weekly and monthly progress updates to leadership and stakeholders, leading meetings and calls as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management within a marketing setting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
