Job Description
The Media and Technology Coordinator manages all technical aspects of the church’s worship services, events, and daily operations, ensuring top-tier audio, video, lighting, and IT support. This role is responsible for overseeing worship production, live streaming, and providing tech support for classrooms, offices, and staff. The Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Pastor and Communications Director to ensure seamless integration of technology in all church activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Production Leadership: Oversee audio, video, lighting, and live streaming for all worship services and church events.
- Technology & IT Support: Maintain and manage technical equipment; troubleshoot IT issues for staff and volunteers; support systems like Microsoft Office, Windows, and Mac OS.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and schedule volunteers; foster a culture of excellence and spiritual growth within the production team.
- Creative Collaboration: Contribute creative insights for worship services and special events; assist in media content creation (videos, graphics).
- Liaison Role: Serve as the main contact for technical support and collaborate with off-campus IT support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in media production or IT support.
- Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
- Knowledge of audio, video, lighting systems, and related software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work Sundays and evenings, including special events (weddings, funerals, etc.).
- Creative team-player with a passion for enhancing worship experiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with production tools like BoxCast, ProPresenter, and Planning Center.
- Experience with video editing (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) and social media tools.
