Job Description
We are immediately hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist at a local clinic in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be able to welcome patients, assist them with checking in/out, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance.
Pay range is $14-15 per hour. Work hours are either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday and Fridays until 12pm.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working at a front desk in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Previous experience verifying insurance and collecting payments
