Personnel Resources has a client immediately hiring for a Front Desk Receptionist in Enterprise, AL.
Pay will start at $16.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Register patients by verifying demographic information and insurance coverage
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate department
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Previous experience working at a front desk, preferably in a medical office setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
