Job Description
Personnel Resources is recruiting for a direct hire Director of a local mental health facility in Ashford, AL.
This position has a starting salary of $64,000 per year and will be working Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm schedule. They will require on-call status to include nights, weekends and holidays based on program needs. Excellent benefits package is also offered!

Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team comprising individuals with diverse educational backgrounds and levels of experience
- Developing and implementing program budgets
- Managing the resident financial program
- Delivering therapeutic services
- Collaborating with nursing staff to oversee the medication program
- Utilizing an electronic health record system to maintain and document consumer records
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related Mental Health field, with successful completion of a relevant clinical practicum; or a Master's Degree in Psychiatric Nursing with a current ABN license
- Minimum of two years of post-master's experience in a direct service role
- Completion of a clinical practicum and previous experience in a supervisory capacity
- Potential for travel within the catchment area and/or statewide to fulfill program and training requirements
- Licensure as an LPC, LICSW, or LMFT in the State of Alabama is preferred but not mandatory
