Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Director to join a non-profit team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing membership growth strategies, managing member relations, and ensuring the value and engagement of current and prospective members. Membership Director Responsibilities:
- Lead membership acquisition, retention, and engagement efforts
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with current and prospective members
- Develop and execute membership campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate events, meetings, and networking opportunities for members
- Manage membership database and track performance metrics
- Work closely with the leadership team to align membership strategies with organizational goals
Membership Director Qualifications:
- Proven experience in membership development or sales, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree preferred
