Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in Dothan, AL for a local property management company.Pay rate for this is position is $16.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to emails
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with customer service inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Greet walk-in traffic and assist the sales team
- Proficient in using computer software
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in Customer Services and Sales
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
