Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Office Assistant in Geneva, AL. If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Pay will start at $14.00 per hour and you will work a Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm schedule.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Provide general clerical support to the office staff
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication skills
