Fast paced local Counseling Clinic looking to hire Office Manager for 30 - 40 hours per week. Duties include, but are not limited to: checking in clients for appointments, interfacing with an electronic scheduling system, processing client intakes, managing employee schedules, verifying insurance coverage, supporting the therapists' needs, gathering statistics from monthly reports, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality with clients, supervising Front Office staff, using Quick Books, maintaining the agency website and social media pages and working with the Executive Director. Good communication skills, teamwork and a positive attitude required. Prior office/front desk experience, computer skills, and high school diploma required. Hours are daytime with some on call weekends. Experience in a Mental Health Setting preferred but not required!
