Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Manger to handle payroll processing, accounting, and general administrative financial duties.
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly, monthly salary, and commission payroll
- Handle payroll taxes, 401(k), insurance, garnishments, and new-hire paperwork
- Process accounts payable and 1099s
- Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
- Prepare sales tax filings and monthly/annual financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
- Process invoices, payments, and vendor credit applications
- Complete required annual reporting
- Assist with accounting for related businesses and rental properties
Qualifications
- Payroll and accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organized and dependable
- Comfortable with data entry and confidential information
- Experience with accounting/payroll software preferred
Pay: $20–$25/hour based on experience
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8A-5P
