Great company in Dothan, Al is seeking to hire an experienced Office Manager to take the place of their current office manager who will be retiring. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting to include cost accounting. Must have experience using "Sage" software. Background in job costing or construction accounting helpful. Will be responsible for processing all new hire information and gathering data for payroll purposes. Will order all office supplies. Administrative point of contact for most office duties. This position offers a Monday - Friday 7am- 4:30 schedule with a shorter day on Friday. Full benefits package offered. Pay is 45,000-55,000
