Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Office/Operations Manager for a direct hire position to oversee daily operations and ensure the office is well-coordinated and productive. The ideal candidate will need to have a background in accounting and be able to support the leadership team when they are traveling. They will be handling all day to day operations of the business including various accounting tasks, vendor/file management, and execute plans to further the business goals of the company.
Pay for this position will start out ranging between $45,000 - $60,000 per year and also offers a full benefits package!
Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
Proven experience in calendar management and scheduling
Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication
Previous experience in supervising teams or departments
Familiarity with training development for staff improvement
Ability to manage vendors effectively
Experience in team management and fostering a positive work environment
Knowledge of file organization and record keeping practices
