- Answer customer phone inquiries
- Take orders and process them accurately
- Resolve product-related issues efficiently
- Update clients on order status
- Label and prepare boxes for shipping
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or order processing preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
