Job Description
Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for an Operator in Dothan, Alabama. This position offers a pay of $16.00 per hour and will be working a Monday-Friday 3rd shift schedule from 11pm - 7am. This position could work overtime.
Job Description & Requirements:
- Review production schedule and verify correct product, size, and equipment setup at shift start
- Ensure timely and accurate production of product including set up of equipment/supplies to maintain processing standards.
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot production machinery safely and securely
- Report recurring or significant issues to the supervisor; assist with changeovers and troubleshooting.
- Identify and report any food safety, quality, or security concerns and initiate corrective actions.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
