Personnel Resources has a client seeking a Patient Accounts Rep to join their team in Dothan, AL. In this role you will be responsible for answering patients calls and inquiries in regards to their bill. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and prior experience in a medical office.

This position offers pay starting at $14.00 per hour and works a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule.

Job Qualifications:

• Work in the billing office answering phones and assisting patients with the their bills
• Must be able to discuss balances and answer questions in regards to charges
• Prior experience in a medical office is needed
• Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• There is room for growth to get promoted
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills are required
