Job Description

Personnel Resources is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative in the Enterprise area. In this position, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients while covering a 60-mile radius. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building connections, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:

Performs cold calls and follows up on sales leads
Recommends placement and purchase of equipment to Sales Manager
Instructs customers on equipment operation
Maintain Call Reports
Prepares Sales Aids

Skills:

Strong account management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, or marketing
