Personnel Resources is currently seeking reliable, hard-working employees for a leading manufacturer in Troy, Alabama for 2nd shift! In the packer position, you will perform production duties such as packaging, taping, labeling and sorting. You will need to be dependable and punctual, able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive, and lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this position.

This is a try-hire position with the opportunity to become a permanent member of the team. After becoming a permanent employee, this manufacturer offers a rich benefit package to their valuable team members. These benefits include:

• $1000 bonus paid out during first year - $250 at 90 days, $250 at 6 months and $500 at one year

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 2pm - 10pm

Pay:

• $10.25/hr

Candidates must have the ability to obtain a forklift certification, work in a hot/cold environment. The hours for this position are 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am! Other shift hours include: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am! Candidates must be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
