Personnel Resources has a client with an immediate opening for a Self-Storage Facility Manager in Dothan, AL. This will be a part-time position only needed when another manager is out and needs coverage.
Pay will start at $12.50 per hour and you will work a daytime schedule when needed.

Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the storage facility
- Ensure a clean and organized storage environment
- Negotiate and execute rental agreements with customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner
- Ensure the facility remains clean and well maintained including the cleaning of units, bathrooms, and picking up the grounds when needed
