Job Description

Personnel Resources has a client urgently hiring for a Paralegal in Dothan, AL.
Pay will start at $16.00 per hour and will work a Monday - Friday daytime schedule.
Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
Conduct legal research using resources such as Lexis-Nexis
File and organize legal documents and correspondence
Schedule appointments, hearings, and meetings
Prepare and maintain case files
Assist in drafting legal correspondence
Coordinate with external parties such as court personnel, opposing counsel, and clients
Transcribe dictations and prepare accurate summaries

Qualifications:

Proven experience working as a Paralegal or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
Proficient in legal drafting and document preparation
Ability to conduct thorough legal research using online databases
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional communication
