Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join a team, specializing in real estate closings and contract management in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in handling residential and commercial real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing contracts, preparing closing documents, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate contracts and closing documents.
- Coordinate and schedule real estate closings.
- Communicate with clients, title companies, and lenders.
- Conduct title searches and resolve title issues.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law, including closings and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Paralegal certification preferred.
