Job Description
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for personal injury law and customer service? A firm in Dothan, AL is expanding their legal team and looking for a Paralegal to join their growing personal injury practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Draft legal correspondence, including letters of representation and medical record requests.
- Organize and maintain case files (both electronic and hard copies).
- Assist with legal documentation like pleadings, discovery, and subpoenas.
- Provide exceptional client support and case management assistance.
- Manage attorney schedules, court appearances, and deadlines.
- Maintain case management systems and ensure data integrity.
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (2+ years of legal secretary experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe PDF, and case management systems (ProLaw, Westlaw Next is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Legal knowledge and an understanding of court rules and procedures.
